Let some sunshine into your downtime and enjoy free Yoga Mornings at Sunshine Plaza. Join local yoga teacher, Gem Balicki, on Cornmeal Promenade (behind Shoes & Sox) for an uplifting yoga session. When? Every Wednesday, 7.30am - 8.30am. Gem has been teaching yoga since 2018 and has had the pleasure to teach and deepen her own practice in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Sydney and now the Sunshine Coast. Fusing her training in alignment based vinyasa yoga and her love for creative movement, classes are guaranteed to be fun, dynamic, uplifting & always safe for every level of practitioner. In Gem's classes you’ll have the opportunity to slow down the mind, regulate the nervous system, open the body in new ways, release muscular tension, build strength & flexibility, and find connection in community! Bookings are essential and each session is capped to a maximum of 25 participants. *Participants must be 16 years+ and bring their own yoga mat, towel and drink bottle. *Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session to check-in and set up.
